We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist with expertise in Fluent Commerce Order Management System to join our dynamic organization. The individual will be responsible for supporting global regions, managing our order fulfillment processes, ensuring seamless transactions, and providing exceptional customer service internally and externally.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Lead and provide direction in the development and implementation of efficient business solutions using Fluent Commerce Order Management System (OMS).

· Develop and Implement Fluent Commerce Order Management System in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring the successful completion of projects according to scope, deadlines, and budgets.
