Required Technical Skills Flutter (2+ yrs):  Mobile/web development 
Databases (3+ yrs):  PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL 
Backend:  C#.NET development, REST API design, complex API integration 
Cross‑Platform:  Native iOS/Android integration into Flutter 
Tools:  Strong GIT and collaborative workflow experience 
Key Strengths Full‑stack exposure with strong UI/UX sense 
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve urgent issues under pressure 
Banking/finance experience is a strong advantage
