FM Compliance Lead (Retail Portfolio)

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide subject matter expertise, oversee performance reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and develop proportionate, costed solutions. The role combines site visits with remote working, strong stakeholder engagement, and oversight of compliance delivery across a large, multi‑site retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery and documentation of statutory compliance inspections across the retail portfolio (including WRA, LOLER and Pressure Systems).

Manage corrective work orders, ensuring completion within agreed SLAs and supported by appropriate evidence.

Track planned and ongoing compliance activities to ensure KPIs and contractual targets are met.

Produce routine performance reporting covering inspection completion, corrective works status, delivery partner performance, and evidence quality.
