Overview

Are you a commercially driven pricing specialist with strong FM knowledge and advanced analytical skills? Arcus FM is seeking a FM Pricing & Estimating Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our pricing strategy, driving competitive tenders, and supporting business growth.

You’ll develop and manage pricing models that directly support Arcus FM’s new business opportunities, contract renewals, and growth ambitions. Working closely with Operations, Procurement, and Business Development, you’ll deliver competitive, accurate, and insight-led pricing that balances risk, value, and profitability.

This role is key to ensuring seamless mobilisation from bid stage through to operational delivery, while continuously improving our approach to pricing and insights.
