Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs of installations, fixtures, and equipment

• Undertake minor building, mechanical, and electrical repair works

• Monitor and respond to maintenance service requests

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors

• Supervise maintenance and repair works

• Assist in fire safety management and emergencies

• Liaise with employees on projects and maintenance works

• Update information databases and records

Requirements:

• Experience in facilities management or related field

• Knowledge of building maintenance, mechanical, and electrical systems

• Ability to work on a rotating shift basis

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
