Position: FMCG Sales Supervisor 

Age: 25–40 years

Salary: 300,000 – 450,000 CFA Francs

Location: Yaoundé

Languages: English and French

Main Mission:

Ensure the achievement of sales objectives and market growth by effectively leading, training, and motivating the sales team, developing strategic action plans, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and distributors in the FMCG/personal care sector.

Job Responsibilities:

   Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

   Performance Management: Monitor team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and set clear objectives and work plans.
