**In this exciting role,** you will power our **Focused Improvement (FI) pillar** , turning data into action, accelerating site initiatives, and delivering step-change improvements that move us closer to _zero losses_ .



At the same time, you’ll lead **Commissioning, Validation & Start-Up (CVS)** processes for key engineering projects — ensuring they are operationally robust from design through to implementation.



**What You’ll Own**



**Focused Improvement (FI):**



+ Analyse site data to identify loss drivers, reduce waste, coach teams in structured problem solving, and present improvement initiatives to leadership while collaborating across MSE pillars.
