Front of the House Assistant

Job Summary:

As a Front of the House (FOH) Assistant, you will responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience. You will assist in greeting customers, taking orders, serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
• Answer customer questions about the menu or restaurant
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas
• Assist with cashiering, table bussing, and customer needs
• Handle customer feedback or concerns professionally
• Support team members during busy hours
