Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Act as a concierge and actively sell experiences (game drives or other activities) by using check-in as a key sales moment and guide guests confidently through available options (ca. 30% of your time)
Function as Dinner Host and work actively as an experienced waiter (ca. 50% of your time)
Act as Deputy to the General Manager (whenever GM is not on shift)
Act as Deputy to the Frontoffice by managing written guest communication (ca. 20% of your time)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience in guest-facing hospitality
Experienced dinner waiter – a must
Strong sales focus and confidence in upselling
Professional, well-groomed appearance
Solid PC skills
Excellent English communication skills in both written and spoken
German is a big advantage
