FOH Team Member/Gelatierie

Overview

Snowflake Gelato is a luxury frozen dessert and drinks business. This summer we will be running a pop-up stall in Bluewater shopping centre and we are looking for a staff member to be part of our friendly and committed team. The Team Member/Gelaterie role is responsible for providing our customers with a unique experience from the moment they first approach us to when they make their purchase and beyond.

Please note this is a temporary position. We open mid-May until September.

• A passionate food lover, a real interest in artisan products, natural and seasonal flavours
• An understanding of the Snowflake brand
• A role model and team player
• Awareness of how to build a personal, warm customer experience
