Food and Beverage Administrator

**Description:**

Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park is seeking a motivated, organised, and detail-oriented Part Time Food & Beverage Administrator to support our Food & Beverage operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys hospitality administration, guest interaction, and working in a fast-paced hotel environment while maintaining flexible daytime hours.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Food & Beverage leadership team, this role is responsible for providing administrative support across our Food & Beverage venues, including **Archie’s Farm Restaurant & Bar** and **Le Petit Chef** .

The position offers approximately **25 hours per week** , working either:

+ **Monday to Thursday** , or
+ **Monday to Friday**

Typical working hours will be approximately:

+ **9:00am – 3:00pm** , or
+ **10:00am – 4:00pm**
