Food and Beverage Attendant

Crowne Plaza Canberra is looking for a Part-time Food and Beverage attendant to grow a great team, who will 'll be delivering unforgettable experiences through warm welcome, inspired recommendations and seamless service across our Restaurant, Lume Bar and Conferencing.

+ Understanding the menu and promotional activities
+ Handling cash and credit transactions
+ Setting up and packing down functions and events
+ Ensuring guest enquiries and restaurant dining reservations are followed through in a professional manner
+ Preparing and serving food & drinks to a high standard as well as highlighting promotions for our guests
+ Responding to colleague / guest requests promptly in order to deliver a seamless service in conjunction with service team
+ Collaborating with our Events team and Kitchen to provide seamless service across out Food & Beverage Offerings
