Food and Beverage Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage (F&B) Coordinator supports the daily operations of the food and beverage department by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating events, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth communication between kitchen, service staff, and management. This role helps maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate banquet functions, meetings, and special events with clients and internal departments
• Assist in scheduling staff and monitoring attendance
• Prepare reports, inventory records, and daily sales summaries
• Communicate event details to kitchen and service teams
