Summary About the position: This position is located at the La Bella Vista Club (Area F). This is a NAF (Non-Appropriated Fund) position assigned to the 31st Force Support Squadron at Aviano AB, Italy. Scheduled tour of duty will require evenings, weekends, and holiday work hours. Responsibilities Participates in the management of all operational areas through all functional activities associated within the Club and assist as needed in other areas of the Community Service Flight. Work assignments include, but are not limited to, employee scheduling, counseling, procurement, program development, and implementation, training, inventory responsibilities, researching discrepancies, conducting staff meetings, and handling complaints or incidents. Receives and records all incoming invoices, general correspondence, Transfers Between Cost Centers (TBCC), and any other similar correspondence.
