We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Food & Beverage Manager
(priority from Sabah) to oversee and manage all F&B operations, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Location: Sandakan, Sabah (Malaysia)
Job Summary
To coordinate all phases of group meeting/banquet function held in the Hotel, solicit local group F&B business, maintain the services and reputation of the Hotel and act as management representative to group clients. To be responsible for ensuring maximum customer service and satisfaction, production of quality food and high standards of service while coordinates and supervises the daily operational requirements. Additionally the F&B Manager executes all the purposes to the strategic mission and vision of the Food and Beverage department by implementing the instructions provided by the Hotel Manager which include manpower planning, budget and forecasting.
