What Will You Do?
You are a leader in the Food and Drink operations at Tune KLIA2 You inspire your team to create and execute memorable experiences for guests of all our restaurant, lounge and bar. You hold yourself, and others, to a high level of professionalism and integrity, making key decisions based on what is best for the guest, the company, and the people who make it operate successfully day-to-day.
We're not really a strict job descriptions kind of place – we all roll our sleeves up and get stuck in wherever needed – but here's an idea of how we see the role;
Manage the service of food and beverage within the restaurant, bar, outside catering and lounge.
Ensure constant liaison and communication with all internal and external stakeholders of the Hotel.
Establish on-going On Job Training Programs for the team as well as preparing daily and seasonal staff training classes.
Upholds restaurant/bar standard operating procedures.
