FOOD and BEVERAGE MANAGER

Introduction

LARGE RESORT situated close to Bela Bela is looking for FOOD and BEVERAGE MANAGER

Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of stock control (portioning, wastage control, stock takes) 
2. Manage Budgets
3. Guest Services (training to staff on customer service)
4. Weekly stock request approvals, purchasing of same and GRV.
5. Monthly reporting on entities ( Restaurant, Spa , Events etc )
6. Manage  staff
