Job Description
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests promptly, provide menu information, and answer questions regarding food, beverages, and restaurant policies.
- Order Taking & Service: Take guest orders accurately, process them in the POS system, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure guests have a positive dining experience by addressing concerns or complaints and going above and beyond to meet their needs.
- Table Maintenance: Set up and clean tables, ensuring a comfortable and tidy environment. Refill drinks, clear dishes, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the dining area.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other front-of-house team members (such as servers, bartenders, hosts, and bussers) to ensure smooth service and efficient operation.
