Job Description
A Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.
**What will I be doing?**
As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of Food and Beverage outlets to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will communicate and delegate tasks effectively to the team to achieve departmental goals. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Supervise daily operations of the bar and Food & Beverage outlets to ensure smooth service delivery
+ Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks and special guest requests
+ Demonstrate strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail-making techniques
