Main Duties of the Job

The Food and Beverage Supervisor's focus is to support the Hospitality Manager in ensuring that customer care and service are delivered consistently, and that the home operates to the agreed standard regarding the catering service, while also ensuring that all Health and Safety measures are in place and adhered to within their area of responsibility.
