Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Suggest menu items or add-ons to enhance the customer's experience.
• Handle payments (cash or digital) and issue receipts correctly.
• Address customer inquiries or complaints politely and promptly.

Food Preparation

• Prepare, cook and assemble food items according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure food cooked, presentable, and served following quality and safety standards.
• Refill ingredients, condiments, and supplies as needed during operations.
