Food & Beverage Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at Cititel Express Ipoh. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support in our bustling bar and dining areas.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and drink orders, and processing payments efficiently
• Ensuring the coffee bar and dining areas are clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times
• Assisting with food preparation and plating as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any customer concerns
• Following all health, safety and hygiene protocols
• Supporting the wider hospitality team as required
