Food & Beverage Attendant

The Role

We're looking for energetic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our vibrant team, in our Dock 37 Restaurant, at the luxurious Pan Pacific Melbourne Hotel. If you’re all about delicious food, top-tier coffee, and creating unforgettable guest moments, we’d love to hear from you! As a part of the team, you will:
 

• Greet and seat guests 
• Take food and beverage orders and provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Serve guests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including setting and clearing tables
• Provide guests with a memorable dining experience and build positive relationships with regular guests

Talent Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
