**About the Role**

+ Assisting events team in setting up and packing down for events
+ To provide a warm welcome and seat arriving guests
+ Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
+ Serve food and beverage items in a timely fashion, assisting other staff whenever required
+ Handles guest enquires in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if there is no immediate solution and assure follow up with guests.
+ Respond to guest enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
+ To care for others, team members and guests alike, so they can be their best
