Minimum Requirements 2–3 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage management role. Proven experience within a fine-dining environment . Hands‑on experience with Pilot, GAAP, and Market Man systems . Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills . Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment. Professional, service‑driven, and highly organized.
