Pursuit is hiring a Food & Beverage Supervisor for the full-time Spring/Summer 2026 season. You will provide coaching and support to the front of house staff while coordinating service and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager. Your role is crucial for maintaining a seamless experience from the moment guests arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train staff to ensure knowledgeable service
• Participate in daily Food & Beverage operations
• Coordinate orders and inventory management
• Confirm accuracy in cash and card transactions
• Address any service issues with direct guest interaction
Requirements:
• At least one year of relevant supervisory experience
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
