To serve the needs of the business, by leading all F&B Sales Activities in all possible segments for achieving revenue targets and growing and developing a loyal customer base on behalf of the hotel.
To approach the overall market segment to present our service and F&B outlets for Anantara from a strategic perspective.
The F&B Sales Professional performs multiple roles: as an information provider, diplomat, salesperson, ticket manager, hotel representative, and F&B public relations ambassador. They need to perform their duties with the utmost politeness, efficiency, and friendliness as we aim to continually exceed our guests’ expectations.
The F&B Sales Professional is required to spend time in different areas of the hotel to provide key information on daily F&B/Hotel Sales activities and sell those activities to maximize F&B revenue.
