As a Food & Beverage Steward at Royal Scotsman, A Belmond Train, you are part of a team that provides an exceptional Food & Beverage service to our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest areas aboard the luxury train are well maintained, carrying out back of house duties as well as completing all service preparation in a timely fashion. Reporting to the Train Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for excellence and storytelling in travel, a strong cultural awareness and an unswerving approach to maintaining standards.
