Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:



+ Supervising daily operations of assigned food & beverage outlets.

+ Leading, motivating, and supporting the service team to deliver excellent guest service.

+ Ensuring service standards, cleanliness, and presentation are maintained at all times.

+ Assisting in staff scheduling, duty rosters, and manpower planning.

+ Handling guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally.

+ Coordinating closely with Kitchen, Bar, and Stewarding teams for smooth service flow.
