- Supervise daily operations across all F&B outlets, including dining areas, bars, and room service.
- Ensure outstanding guest service and handle any service-related concerns professionally.
- Train, motivate, and guide F&B team members to uphold service excellence.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, section allocations, and service briefings.
- Monitor service quality, presentation standards, and guest satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping departments for seamless operations.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and maintaining par levels for F&B supplies.
