JOB OBJECTIVE

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily food and beverage service operations to ensure excellent guest experience, efficient service delivery, and compliance with resort standards. This role supports the F&B Manager in overseeing staff performance, service quality, cost control, and operational readiness within a resort environment.
