Luxury 5* Game Lodge in Pilanesberg is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor.
 
The F&B Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining quality standards, managing staff and maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively coordinating food and beverage orders, inventory control and staff scheduling while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Duties:
 
Staff Management: Supervising F&B staff.  Scheduling staff to meet operational needs and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.  Motivating and developing staff to achieve service excellence.
