Food & Beverage Supervisor

**Financial returns:**

+ Assist the Food and Beverage Operation Manager in driving promotions that deliver great dining experiencesfor the guests at our F&B Outlets
+ Assist in placing orders to vendors and compute costs for each beverage, ingredient, supply or other materials.
+ Guests are conversed with in relation to the food and beverage products
+ Beverages are upsold and regularly replenished, abiding by responsible alcohol service regulations
+ Promoting and selling cocktails to guests
+ Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to staff
+ Guests are conversed with in relation to the food and beverage products
