Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

**1. Operational Excellence**

+ Oversee daily F&B operations, including breakfast service, buffet setup, and replenishment.
+ Ensure all brand standards and SOPs are followed consistently.
+ Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices (HACCP standards).
+ Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.

**2. Guest Service**

+ Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with IHG brand values.
+ Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
+ Ensure quick service and guest satisfaction during peak hours.
+ Build positive guest interactions to enhance overall experience.

**3. Team Supervision**

+ Supervise and guide F&B associates/GSAs during shifts.
+ Conduct daily briefings and allocate duties effectively.
+ Train team members on service standards, grooming, and hygiene.
