What You'll Do

• Zone the department to ensure product shelves, tables and bunkers are organized and product is in the correct location
• Rotate stock and check for expired products
• Ensure the merchandise is properly signed and priced
• Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates
• Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels
