What you’ll do:

Develop and execute the Food Division's annual Business Plan, collaborating with senior leadership and the Board of Directors to drive long-term growth and sustainability.

Oversee the division's budget, ensuring the achievement of financial targets including sales growth, margin optimization, and efficient inventory management.

Direct the operations of retail stores, ensuring the consistent implementation of policies, merchandising standards, and best operational practices.

Analyze market trends to develop innovative, localized marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for business expansion, such as new locations or product lines.

Foster a Customer-Centric culture by developing and enforcing high customer service standards that align with overall Co-op strategies.
