Food for Progress Lead - Ube Value Chain (Philippines)

TechnoServe Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Party to lead an anticipated four-to-five-year USDA Food for Progress program in the Philippines. This program aims to strengthen the ube (purple yam) value chain through improved practices and expanded trade and market linkages.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in international development and demonstrable leadership abilities. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations and representing the project with key stakeholders.

Fluency in English is required, and experience in the Filipino agricultural sector is preferred.
