Food Innovation & Technical Specialist

As a Food Innovation and Technical Specialist, you will be a key driver of KFC Asia's innovative spirit, working closely with the South Asia/North Asia FIT structure. Your role is integral to the development and execution of food innovation projects, product validation, and menu modernization across the region. You will provide technical support and expertise, ensuring that KFC's products meet the highest brand, quality, and operational standards.

This position will be based in Singapore.

• Support the NPC process and documentation, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Organize and coordinate product samples and food demonstrations for stage-gate reviews.
• Maintain innovation tracking systems and competitor/product insight libraries, staying updated on industry trends.
