Our client Mr Sushi King is seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook to join their team in Mudgee, New South Wales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·Preparing and cooking Japanese and other Asian dishes including sushi, sashimi, rolls, noodles, tempura, rice meals, and other hot food items

·Assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations during service periods

·Checking food quality, freshness, and presentation standards

·Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas

·Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and compliance with Australian health standards
