Job Title: Food Production Crew Member

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking and baking, including measuring, mixing, chopping, and portioning
• Cook and bake food items according to established recipes, production schedules, and quality standards
• Operate kitchen and food production equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and presentation
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper cleaning of equipment and surfaces
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and storage of finished food products
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or spoilage
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
