Imagine our (Ai Kitchen) – a future kitchen that is not a chaotic scene built on experience, but a sophisticated intelligent system that understands ingredients, operates consistently, and evolves continuously. We are building such a kitchen system: the Japanese roll is the first piece of trial stone we have chosen. It is complex, demanding, and requires high stability, making it perfect for testing: how can ingredients and research be redesigned as kitchens increasingly resemble machines But please note – the roll is not the end; it's just the starting point. In the future, this system will continue to expand to include more ingredients, more categories, and various kitchen forms.
