Job Description

Ocean Spray is looking for a creative, collaborative, detail-oriented and results driven Quality Technician to work with the operations team (night shift) to ensure that all food quality standards are met, with no exceptions, at our Middleboro, MA production facility. 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality testing, analysis and review to ensure that production quality and schedule standards are being achieved.
  • Train and support manufacturing personnel in quality systems to maximize product quality.
  • Initiate problem-solving activities relating to quality parameter issues
  • Support the continuous training, record keeping and maintenance of the food safety and quality practices within the plant.
  • Act as point of contact and through professional judgment and evaluation, suggest resolution to food safety and quality concerns in the absence of the Quality Manager
