Job Description
As a Food Safety & Hygiene Executive, you are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety across all hotel operations. You need to work closely with the Culinary, Food & Beverage, and other related departments to ensure full compliance with HACCP, HFSMS, and local authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist in implementing and maintaining the HACCP & HFSMS programs in accordance with hotel and local regulatory requirements.
+ Conduct daily Food & Beverage hygiene audits, prepare action plans, and submit detailed reports to management.
+ Train culinary and F&B team members on hygiene practices, food safety standards, and proper sanitation procedures.
+ Supervise daily operations to identify malpractices, record findings in logbooks, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
