Job Description
- Maintenance and coordination of a company food safety program to maintain statutory compliance to the prescribed legal requirements in the Food Industry.
-Inspection of all food business
- Investigation of food complaints and complaints against food premises
-Conducts weekly inspection / Audit in Restaurant or outlets owned by the company.
-Ensures the restaurant's compliance to food safety standards
-Improved the guidelines for the hygiene and sanitation practices of the outlets.
Coordinating and assisting with technical training and overall competency to management and employees with regards to the operational aspects of the food safety program, pest control, operational methods and personnel practices, and maintenance for food safety and hygiene /cleaning practices.
