Job Description
Propose and maintain minimum standards in all work areas, stores, receiving and disposal areas to adhere at all times to required hygiene standards
2.Responsible for training the Back of the house team on Basic food hygiene and advanced Hygiene procedures.
3. Monitors the temperature of all fridges and freezers in the central kitchen.
4. Trains and monitors team members to fill the ISO and HACCP required checklists.
5. Responsible for the documentation of all filled checklists.
6. Follows up on the Health certificates of all employees in CK and Restaurants.
8. Responsible for seasonal products production and quality of end product. This may require Him / Her to be present in factories where those products are being manufactured.
9. Insures all delivery trucks are clean and up to food safety standards.
10. Ensures the implementation of quality and safety checks while receiving.
