The Role

Objective:Ensure that all aspects of food operation service are being executed safely and in accordance with HACCP plan. Be a representative of Legends and facilitate County Health Department visits during events.Description:

Before Concert: Inspect all food stands prior to shows to identify and resolve any potential health violations. This includes but is not limited to: making sure Temperature Logs are posted on refrigeration and hot holding stations; all necessary logs for production are available for cooks; all thermometers, small wares, gloves, etc... are available in locations for cook staff; all hand towel dispensers and soap dispensers are stocked; Check hand washing stations to make sure hot water is working.During Concert: County Health Officials will be on site every event to review our operation and do a walkthrough of the venue.
