Food Safety Supervisor - Northwell Health at Jones Beach Amphitheater

Role Objective Ensure that all aspects of food operation service are being executed safely and in accordance with the HACCP plan. Be a representative of Legends and facilitate County Health Department visits during events. Responsibilities Before Concert: Inspect all food stands prior to shows to identify and resolve potential health violations. Verify that temperature logs are posted on refrigeration and hot holding stations. Ensure all necessary production logs for cooks are available. Confirm that thermometers, small wares, gloves, etc. are available in the cook's area. Stock hand towel dispensers and soap dispensers. Check hand washing stations to ensure hot water is working. During Concert: Accompany County Health Officials during their walkthrough of the venue while kitchens are operating. Rectify any violations acknowledged by officials.
