Server – Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets customers warmly upon entering the establishment and assists them to their tables.
• Presents menus, takes food and beverage orders accurately, and practices suggestive selling in a courteous and non-pushy manner.
• Serves food and beverages promptly following standard serving procedures and the designated queuing system.
• Ensures all orders served are complete, accurate, and meet quality standards.
• Attends to customer inquiries and concerns politely and provides information only when authorized.
• Assists customers throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction and proper restaurant care.
• Coordinates with kitchen staff regarding special requests, follow-ups, and pending orders when needed.
