Job Summary:
The Waiter/Server is responsible for providing professional, warm, and attentive table service to members and guests of Forest Hills Golf Club. Must uphold high service standards, ensure correct order-taking and food service, and maintain cleanliness and dining presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and guests courteously
• Present menu and provide basic product knowledge / recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and encode/relay to kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks with proper sequence and etiquette
• Monitor guest needs (water refills, condiments, follow-ups, clearing)
• Handle guest concerns politely and escalate to supervisor when needed
• Assist in table clearing, resetting, and dining area cleanliness
• Ensure complete table setup (utensils, glassware, napkins, condiments)
