Food Server/Waiter

We are looking for Food Server Staff who is willing to work at Crosswinds Tagaytay.

The Role

• Greeting guests, presenting menus, answering menu/dietary questions, and providing recommendations.
• Recording food/beverage orders accurately and delivering them promptly to tables.
• Cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables throughout the shift to ensure a tidy environment.
• Acting as a liaison between customers and kitchen staff, including communicating special orders or complaints.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications

• Vocational graduate, College level or College Graduate are welcome
• At least with 6-months experience as service crew, dining staff or waiter
• Great communication skills
• A happy, friendly personality
• Customer service skills and knowledge
• High level of attention-to-detail
